Voice over IP - Voip

Virtually all voice traffic will be carried as IP packets within five to 10 years, and the right question to ask is, therefore, not whether to migrate, but when? A recent report from analyst firm Analysis found that enterprises with more than 500 employees could save up to 49% of their operating expenses and save 32% overall by investing in an IP-based PBX. Analysts claim :- "Businesses could save 49% of their Telco costs by replacing traditional private branch exchanges (PBXs) with voice over IP telephony."
