Spam has now become the bain of our life, clogging our business critical mail systems with junk and virus infected emails. Apart from the time it takes you and your staff to deal with the spam, there is also a real risk you may miss an important message.
Further more for every spam message you get the company's system will have had to process a dozen more with false addresses including mail to ex-staff - adding extra overhead to your systems and Broadband connections to the internet.
Tricorp Spam Defence helps deal with all the above issues. A dedicated mail server on its own internet line checks all your mail before sending on to your system removing around 98%+ of spam before it gets to you and your system. Increasing your bandwidth to the internet and resources on your server and reducing the risk of a virus or malicious code infecting your systems.
Your staff are able to view their spam folder online via web browser and will be reminded daily about the spam folder if it has contents that require any actions. Users are also able to add a safe list of addresses they do not wish to be filtered by the system. Spam will be deleted after 14 days, However all messages and actions are logged in a database and we can trace and track a message if required.

We require a minimum of 10 users and thereafter in blocks of 5 users at a time. Minimum term is 1 year with a three month rolling notice period after the first year.
