Systems and Support - Our Monthly Audit

As part of our support service we believe prevention is better than cure. Many problems that occur can be diagnosed before they have become an issue. However once they have become a problem they result in downtime reboots and frustrated staff! .... and a loss of business.

Every month we check the following on all your key systems to see if any problems are developing.

  • Disk Space - ensuring you're not about to run out of space!
  • All Service packs are up to date
  • Antivirus is up to date
  • Back up system is running and no errors reported
  • UPS - Power protection is online and working
  • Exchange Server is working and Disk Space is in limits
  • Check Event Viewer for any issues that may arise.

Have peace of mind, knowing we are checking your systems for you. If you have a problem we will advise you. This way you will not have any "unfortunate" or " one off" problems that cost you and your company time and money.
