As part of our support service we believe prevention is better than cure. Many problems that occur can be diagnosed before they have become an issue. However once they have become a problem they result in downtime reboots and frustrated staff! .... and a loss of business.
Every month we check the following on all your key systems to see if any problems are developing.
- Disk Space - ensuring you're not about to run out of space!
- All Service packs are up to date
- Antivirus is up to date
- Back up system is running and no errors reported
- UPS - Power protection is online and working
- Exchange Server is working and Disk Space is in limits
- Check Event Viewer for any issues that may arise.
