Development - Contact & Call Management System

Tricorp has developed an "off the shelf" web based contact and call management system. The system can be customised with minimal effort to your own brand and style. The system uses SQL as the database server and features include but not limited to:-

  • Web browser based means easy access form anywhere and any type of computer.
  • Each contact can have multiple contact offices, contact numbers and email addresses with all types fully customisable ie Head office, branch office.
  • Configurable contact types ie Client, Prospect, Supplier etc.
  • Full call log features including customisable type ie sales, support and returns.
  • Call allocation and diary reminder system allowing calls to be allocated to individuals or groups with pop up reminders.
  • All emails automatically stored in SQL and link to the client both in and out of the company.
  • Dial from screen using standard TAPI controls.
  • Security allowing controls over levels of access.
  • Client Extranet- Clients have access to limited information.
  • Full search facility on numbers, contacts, emails and call logs.
  • Company intranet section including standard documents such as staff handbook.
  • on screen statistics showing calls opened, calls closed and calls open over 30 days this section is customisable.
